Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Q.What type of items or materials do you take?
A.We accept all types of non-hazardous materials – and typically those that two able-bodied Oklahomans can handle.

Q. Do you accept items that might incur a disposal fee, like refrigerators, tube TVs or electronics?
A. Yes! We’ll take your old appliances such as refrigerators, stoves, ovens, cabinet stereos, and those cathode ray tube TVs.

Q. I have some materials that are labeled “hazardous” – can you take those?
A. Sorry, we are unable to accept any items that are labeled “hazardous” due to the legal liability associated with handling these materials.

Q. What are your operating hours?
A. We are open for business seven days per week, from 10:00am to 8:00pm. We can accommodate emergency situations outside of normal business hours, just give us a call to discuss.

Q. I’ve gotten quotes from other companies, and then when everything was loaded up, I was presented with another bill for dump fees. Does your company do that?
A. No. When we give you a quote, we include any fees that might be incurred for dump fees, haul fees, or other items. We don’t operate the way that other companies do – the price we give you is the price you’ll pay.

Q. I have a lot of large bulky items – couches and lounge chairs – can you take old furniture?
A. Yes! We can take jobs of all sizes – none are too small or too big. We’re happy to haul away larger items like couches, chairs, recliners, love seats, tables, stoves, or freezers.
